I/We understand that according to the terms of the lease agreement, I/we am/are required to give a 30-day notice prior to vacating the property. This notice fulfills that requirement.

I understand:
1. I must schedule a date and time for a Move-Out Inspection.
2. I understand my security deposit will not be returned at move-out inspection, but within 30 days of departure.
3. I understand I must provide a forwarding address to allow correspondence, including the security deposit refund to properly be returned.
