Rent Payments: Attention! As a reminder rent payments are due at the first of each month. We offer multiple convenient payment options. You can pay via the portal located on the website, automatic bank drafts, and in-person payments. Please make sure payments are on time to avoid fees. If you have any questions or need assistance with the payment process contact our team for help.
Maintenance Request
If you encounter any issues or require maintenance please submit a request through our Maintenance Portal. Our team is prompt and dedicated to resolving any problems quickly. In a maintenance emergency Call 618-232-HOME.

Conveniently pay your rent online through our secure Payment Portal. You may pay any additional fees via this avenue.

lease termination
If you are under a lease that is about to expire, and you plan on vacating, you must submit your 30 day notice to vacate without penalty. If you download the form, email it to management@cjopropertysolutions.com 30 days prior to your move out. This notice will not be valid if you are currently on a fixed term lease that is more than 30 days from rolling over to a month-to-month lease. Please contact management@cjopropertysolutions.com or call 618-232-4663 and schedule to speak with a property manager if you need to break your lease.
